
Refund Policy
1. Digital Goods and Virtual Currency
Wings of Reincarnation offers digital content and virtual currency ("Diamonds"). Due to the immediate nature of digital goods, all purchases of Diamonds and unlocked premium chapters are generally final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the digital goods are credited to your account.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may issue refunds or credit in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Technical Errors: If a technical error on our platform caused you to be charged multiple times for the same transaction, or if the purchased Diamonds were not credited to your account.
- Fraudulent Charges: If you believe an unauthorized charge was made to your payment method. In such cases, we strongly advise you to contact your payment provider immediately.
- Corrupted Content: If an unlocked premium chapter or audiobook is completely inaccessible or heavily corrupted and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@wingsofreincarnation.com within 14 days of the transaction. You must provide your account email, the transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and take up to 5-10 business days to process.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting our support team first is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
